I fell for software the first time a tangled mess of a problem clicked into place. I was hooked.
Then I moved into management and found a whole new set of puzzles to solve with people and sytems and priorities for pieces.
Many teams, many stakeholders, competing priorities. I loved being at the center of deciding what to build, not just how to build it.
I'll always love engineering. But what lights me up most is a north star vision and a clear roadmap that brings real value to customers. Hello, Product!
